Zekrom and Reshiram event confirmed for English version games: March 10th to April 8th (WiFi)

Recently, a new event has been confirmed for all English copies of Pokémon Black and White - Zekrom (Black) and Reshiram (White). These two events are based off of the most recent movies to air in America: Black: Victini & Reshiram, and White: Victini & Zekrom.
They will allow access the Pokémon Movie Home in the Dream World (second one listed), and the special Zekrom/Reshiram C-Gears. (To get to the Movie Home, the Reshiram/Zekrom from the event must be tucked in to Dream World.)

Since these will highly likely be the same event as the Japanese one from July of last year, so the moves are as follows:

Zekrom:
Bolt Strike
Fusion Bolt
Haze
Outrage

Reshiram:

Blue Flare
Fusion Flare
Mist
Draco Meteor

Both are level 100, have a random nature, are in a Cherish Ball, and have the Wishing Ribbon (which if I am correct, prevents it from being traded. Please correct me if I'm wrong).
The event, as said in the title, will last from March 10th to April 8th over WiFi.
